Shipping
We currently ship across India only. Orders are packed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation, and delivery typically takes 4-7 business days depending on your pincode.
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹2,999
- A flat ₹99 shipping fee applies below that threshold
- You can track progress under Account → Order History — every order shows a live status timeline (Confirmed → Packed → Shipped → Out for Delivery → Delivered)
Returns & Exchange
We want you to love your saree, not just accept it. If something's off, you have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange, provided:
- The saree is unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- Original tags and packaging are intact
- The blouse piece has not been cut
To start one: go to Account → Order History, open the delivered order, and select Return / Refund. Choose which item(s), tell us why, and how you'd like the refund — you'll see the request's status right there as we process it.
Cancellations
Orders can be self-cancelled from Account → Order History for free as long as they're still in the "Confirmed" or "Packed" stage. Once an order ships, it can no longer be cancelled — please use the return process instead after delivery.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
